Every indoor cat picks a window and returns to it. Not the expensive tower in the corner, not the bed by the radiator. The window.
So we stopped selling cat furniture generally and narrowed to the places cats already go. It makes the list short, which we prefer. A few things chosen for one spot beats forty chosen for a catalogue.
We do not make health claims. We are not going to tell you a bed reduces your cat's anxiety, because nobody selling one does.
How we handle the boring parts
We publish the shipping time our fulfilment partner actually quotes us, not a shorter one that reads better. If something arrives damaged we replace it on a photo, with no return shipping. Refund requests inside our 30-day window are processed the same day, without a debate.
