Will my cat actually use it?
Put it somewhere they already choose to sit, ideally warm with a view across the room, and give it a week. Raised beds get adopted faster when they replace a favourite spot rather than compete with one.
How do I clean it?
The mesh sling comes off and washes. Wipe the wooden frame with a damp cloth and let it dry before the sling goes back on.
Why is the range so small?
Because we sell for the places cats already choose, rather than for the corner of the room you would like them to use. That narrows it fast.
Do you make health or behaviour claims?
No. We will not tell you a piece of furniture calms a cat, because nobody selling one knows that. We describe what the thing is and let your cat decide the rest.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our fulfilment partner in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is typically 9 to 14 days after dispatch. We publish the real timeline, never a shorter one.

What if I do not like it?
Return it within 30 days. Email us and we send instructions, and we do not ask you to argue for it. Refunds are issued the same day we get the request.
