Questions
What if my cat ignores it?
Most will on at least one day, and there is a section for exactly that. End the session, leave the props out, and run the next day's sequence rather than pushing the one that stalled.
Is this training?
No, it is a play routine. If your cat's behaviour has changed suddenly, that is a vet visit rather than a game with a shoelace.
Why is the range so small?
Because we sell for the places cats already choose, rather than for the corner of the room you would like them to use. That narrows it fast.
Do you make health or behaviour claims?
No. We will not tell you a piece of furniture calms a cat, because nobody selling one knows that. We describe what the thing is and let your cat decide the rest.
How long does delivery take?
Digital items arrive by email the moment your payment clears, usually within a minute.
Where do you ship?
United States and Canada.
What if I do not like it?
Return it within 30 days. Email us and we send instructions, and we do not ask you to argue for it. Refunds are issued the same day we get the request.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send one photo. We replace it or refund you immediately and you do not need to ship anything back.
